Bespoke Printed Cardboard Packaging Tubes

A Butt Jointed tube is also known as ‘Shoulder Tube’ consists of 3 separate parts: the inner tube, called a spigot or shoulder, which is exposed from either the lid or the base, the body and the lid. When assembled the tube has a flush finish.

This style of tube consists of 2 parts: the body and the lid. It is an easy open sliding design where the lid is greater than base, allowing the lid to slip over the top of the base.

The artwork printed on the base is revealed when the lid is removed, this gives an opportunity for additional information and branding.

This is a single-piece body made from cardboard with metal or plastic end caps. The lids are detachable making this tube fully recyclable. This style of tube packaging is cost effective whilst having the flexibility to customise the body and lid. It is the most suitable of styles for bottle packaging.

We can design and produce a truly bespoke luxury tube where the body, neck and lid are customised to your requirements. Combining the best of the different box and tube styles gives your customer a truly unique packaging experience.

We have the capabilities to manufacture the tubes to many standard diamteter sizes. These will depend on the style of the tube, so we recommend we are provided with the sie of the product and we can advise the closest most suitable size.
