We are open: Paper Bag Co COVID-19 update

We know that this is an uncertain time for many businesses right now, and we just want to let our customers know where we stand during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the lockdown period, we have introduced social distancing measures for any staff that work within our factory with the aim of keeping staff in a job but also minimising risk within the business. This means that we are still able to despatch plain wholesale orders within 2-3 working days for businesses that are still in need of bags, boxes and other packaging.
One service that we are not offering is our Express Printed Bags service, which is on hold until further notice to ensure we can keep employees safe.
Meanwhile, our sales staff are working remotely to help customers with any sales support they may require and are handling quotations remotely for new orders. We are still taking orders for printed products, but the lead time on these is different to that of our plain wholesale products.
