Do you ship overseas?
We currently deliver only to the UK, but please contact us if you are overseas and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes, you can. Once you have placed your order you can track it's progress through our system by logging onto your account. Your login information will comprise of your email and the password you choose.

What if I can't remember my password?
We can automatically send you your login password if you know the email address that we have on file for you.

How do I know that my card details are safe?
All information you provide to The Paper Bag Company, including credit card information, is encrypted onto our secure server. This encryption process converts the information you enter into bits of code which can be securely transmitted over the internet. Shopping online with The Paper Bag Company is completely secure and protected against fraud.

What do you do with my personal information?
We use your information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers (if you have opted in), update our records and maintain your accounts with us. We also use this information to improve our store and platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our website.
We DO NOT pass or sell your information on to third parties.

Can I rely on the accuracy of screen colours when ordering my bags?
Computer monitors vary in the way they display colour, and as such we recommend you refer to the Pantone code for more accurate colour reference.
