Paper Bag Company: Delivery information

We use professional couriers to deliver your items (Interlink Express) or a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order.

We can deliver NEXT DAY* to any where in the United Kingdom except for the more remote areas of Scotland where deliveries may be later. Also if the delivery needs to cross the water i.e. Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight - we offer a 2-3 days delivery service. For those named above there will be a minimum of £20.00 (exc VAT) surcharge. The country/location box will assist with this process and when checking out of our website the relevant surcharges will appear. *NEXT DAY delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Paper Bag Company's control. Please allow 1-2 working days.

It is important that you give us the full delivery address and contact telephone number. If goods are returned to the Paper Bag Company because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not be refundable.

A signature will be required on delivery unless you have instructed otherwise. You may choose the LEAVE SAFE option and we will then be happy to carry out your instructions, i.e. leave by back door. We cannot accept any liability for items that are not signed for.
