If I order today when will I receive my goods?
Our standard shipping method is Next Working Day delivery if you place your order before 3.00pm Monday-Friday. Weekend deliveries are available at a higher cost. Our courier will require a signature as proof of delivery.
How much will my carriage charge be?
The best way to work out your delivery cost, would be to add the products required to your shopping basket, this will only apply to UK Mainland deliveries ONLY. However, if the delivery is on a UK Island or in Northern Ireland, you will need to enter your full delivery address, by logging in, before you can obtain the exact carriage cost. Please note that VAT is applied to all Carriage Charges.
Can I collect my order?
From 1st January 2017 due to warehouse relocation, you can no longer collect from our HO - we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently only deliver within the UK, but please contact us if you are overseas and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Once you have placed your order you can check its progress through our system by logging onto your account. Also if you supply us with your mobile phone number, our courier will text you an estimated time of arrival.
I was out when the courier tried to deliver, what should I do?
A card would have been posted through your door asking you to contact your local depot, to arrange for the goods to be re-delivered or collected. You will then have 2 options:
- You can reply to the TEXT you have received, by following the TEXT instructions.
- Or you can log onto the Interlink website (www.interlinkexpress.com) and follow the instructions given.
My goods haven't arrived, what should I do?
Subject to your order being placed before 3pm on a weekday, your goods should arrive the next working day. However, Next Day delivery may not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Paper Bag Company's control. Please allow 1-2 working days. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are aware of such delays. Should you wish to double check with our office, please contact us on 01373 825 834.
I have ordered the wrong goods, what should I do?
You have 14 days to return unwanted goods. You can only return goods in their original package and in re-salable condition. Please contact our office on 01373 825 834 and let us know. We will then explain your options thoroughly.

What are Loyalty Points?
We have introduced Loyalty Points on our new website to reward our returning customers. You will earn a point for every pound spent. You will be able to redeem your points once you have reached 100.
I have not received an invoice?
All invoices are sent with your goods, in a Document Enclosed wallet attached to the parcel. You can also log into your account and see all your orders / invoices there, alternatively, you can request a copy by phoning us on 01373 825 834 or by contacting us by email at email@example.com.
What if I can't remember my password?
We can automatically send you your login password if you know the email address that we have on file for you.
How do I know that my card details are safe?
All the information you provide to The Paper Bag Company, including credit card information, is encrypted onto our secure server. This encryption process converts the information you enter into bits of code which can be securely transmitted over the internet. We use two major Online Payment Gateways: SagePay and Paypal. Shopping online with The Paper Bag Company is completely secure and protected against fraud.
What do you do with my personal information?
We use your information to handle orders, deliver products, services and to communicate with you about order(s).
We DO NOT pass or sell your information on to third parties.
Can you send samples?
We can happily send you samples. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org together with the style of the bag, the colour and the size.

We offer a full range of the highest quality recycled, recyclable and reusable paper bags. All our bags are custom made and available in a range of sizes, materials and finishes to suit your requirements.
Can I rely on the accuracy of screen colours when ordering my bags?
Computer monitors vary in the way they display colour, and as such we recommend you refer to the Pantone Code for more accurate colour reference.
